Mini Zen – Terms & Conditions
At Mini Zen, the safety, well-being, and happiness of you and your baby are always my top priority. Please take a moment to read the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to keep classes safe, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
Health, Safety & Equipment
All equipment provided is thoroughly cleaned after each class.
Please only practise techniques with your own baby.
Follow your baby’s cues: if your baby is unsettled, take a break and return when ready. Never force or rush any activity.
If your baby is unwell, it is best not to attend class.
Baby massage is not recommended within 24 hours of your baby’s immunisations.
If your baby is under medical care or seeing a consultant, please check with your doctor or health visitor before starting baby massage sessions.
Cancellations & Refunds
If a class is undersubscribed, or I cannot run a session due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness or severe weather), I reserve the right to cancel. Where possible, an alternative date will be offered.
Refunds will only be provided if I cancel a class and no alternative is available.
Refunds cannot be given for missed classes due to illness or other personal reasons. However, I may be able to:
Offer an alternative date, or
Provide a refund if your place can be resold at short notice.
In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be offered at my discretion.
Photography & Social Media
I love to share the joy of Mini Zen classes. However, your child’s full name will never be shared online.
You are welcome to take photos of your own baby for personal use, but please avoid including other children unless you have their parent’s permission.
Mini Zen will never share photos of your baby without your consent.
If you grant permission via the registration form, photos taken in class (by me or sent by you) may be used on Mini Zen’s website or social media. These photos will be deleted from my device once used.
